Bea and Sam’s Lancaster Town Hall wedding was a very intimate affair with just their closest friends and family attending. It’s such a fantastic venue for a micro wedding. The council chambers are just the right size for a modest number of guests and from an age when money seemed no object for civic buildings it just oozes history and character. It’s definitely a stunning backdrop for the ceremony.
Following the wedding we took some group photos and couple portraits in the town hall itself before venturing out around Lancaster for more portraits in some of Bea and Sam’s favourite spots. What started as light drizzle as were leaving the town hall steadily built to heavy rain by the time we wrapped up the session. But Bea and Sam had armed themselves with a pair of umbrellas just in case this happened and weren’t going to miss out on these important photos by the castle and wharf.
