Lake District Micro Wedding – Liz and Lee

Liz and Lee had all four seasons in one day for their Lake District micro wedding with the weather alternating between periods of sun, snow, hail and rain. With just six guests this was a very intimate wedding which began at the Inn on The Lake, Glenridding. This is where Liz, Lee and their guests had stayed the night before. From there it was a taxi ride up over the Kirkstone Pass and past Windermere to Kendal for the wedding ceremony at Kendal registration office. Following the ceremony we made the same journey in reverse, but stopping for portraits at the top of the Kirkstone Pass and also on the shore of Ullswater. We were really lucky with our timings and managed to get breaks in the weather for both of those stops.
