Nimi and Vineet were married a few weeks ago at Poundon House, one of my favourite wedding venues. It was a really fun day with civil and Hindu ceremonies, a Scottish piper, a ceilidh and an Indian disco. I’m really looking forward to blogging their wedding. In the meantime here is a selection from their bluebell engagement shoot.
We cut the timing for this shoot rather close to their wedding date. They were very keen to be photographed amongst bluebells so we had to wait until they were at their very best. I’d suggested we head over to Ashridge as they have one of the finest bluebell displays in the country and we weren’t disappointed. As we arrived in the car park there was a blue glow coming from the woods!
As well as the photos amongst the bluebells we wandered a little further around the Ashridge estate. There were many great backdrops over there for the portraits.
We ended up at the tea house so a cup of tea seemed in order while we chatted over the details of their big day.
Do check back here again soon as I’ll be blogging their Poundon House wedding in the coming weeks.
