For Caroline and Chris’s Christmas engagement shoot we met up in the hills overlooking Guildford on a rather chilly and blustery winter’s afternoon. Normally I suggest we go for a cup of tea or coffee first to catch up on how the wedding plans are going, but for reasons that will soon become clear we knew we’d have some time to kill a little later on. So we got stuck into the photos straight away with some relaxed rural portraits at a number of scenic locations.
We then headed into Godalming for some refreshments and a chat about the photography for the wedding while we waited for sun to go down. Once it was dark we then headed out into the streets of the town centre to finish off with some very festive photos among the Christmas lights.
Caroline and Chris will be getting married at Northbrook Park in May. It sounds like they’ve got an amazing day planned, I really can’t wait!
