Jenny and Sam’s Rivervale Barn wedding took place on a beautiful day back in July. It was one of those fantastic weddings with such a lovely couple, a stunning venue and so much going on that it kept me busy from the moment I arrived for Jenny’s preparations right through into the evening party. This wedding brought together Nigerian and British cultures with Jenny and Sam’s two outfits for the day and then a traditional British wedding breakfast in the afternoon followed later in the evening by Nigerian jollof rice cooked on a massive BBQ.
Rivervale Barn is one of those venues that really has it all. There’s a fabulous beauty room for hair and make up, a gorgeous bridal suite for final preparations, the impressive barn with ceremony and function rooms and the absolutely stunning gardens and grounds which just seem to go on forever!
